Supplement Information Snippets

  • Brazil nuts are full of selenium and copper.
    It is best to soak them over night to germinate them before eating.
  • Cream of Tartar contains Potassium.
    ½ tsp in a glass of water.
  • Magnesium ist best taken at bedtime. It helps you sleep.
  • Magnesium Citrate helps with constipation.
  • Epsom Salt also contains magnesium.
