Found this interesting fact on Dr Joe Dispenza’s Facebook page.
I never thought in these terms:
Thoughts are the language of the brain and
feelings are the language of the body.
So the moment you begin to feel the way you think, because the brain is in constant communication with your body, you begin to think the way you feel, which makes more chemicals for you to feel the way you think, and then you think the way you feel, and then you feel the way you think, and then you think the way you feel. Now, the redundancy of that cycle, over time, creates what I call a state of being. And a state of being is when your mind and body are working together, or your thoughts and feelings are aligned to a concept. So thoughts are the language of the brain, and feelings are the language of the body.

Your body is in constant dialog with your brain, the command center. Anything that happens to you is filtered through your brain and your body just executes the commands it receives from the brain.
In my work with Reboot Tapping a form of EFT I have discovered that our body does nothing on its own.
If you cut yourself, there is that short time when there is no blood flowing and it feels like eternity while you are waiting. The reason for this is that the body first has to tell the brain what has happened and wait for the command from the brain as to what to do. Once that command is received by the body the blood starts to flow or sometimes gush.
That’s why Reboot Tapping focuses on how you feel because you have a problem and not on the problem directly. Repeated testing has shown that focusing on what you can’t do or don’t have to do because of your problem leads to a deeper and faster result than focusing on the pain.
